EA Sports held a promotional event to showcase their new FC25 game. Influencers and Media were invited to the Burnaby campus to check out the new game. We were tasked with providing a fun activation for the guests to enjoy and share on social media for this two part event.
We setup our Drawbots for the first part of the event and helped create the custom paper borders for the headshots to be drawn in. We also created and wrapped the bots with the EA branding to match the overall aesthetics of the activation.
Guests took their pictures at our Digital Booth and then guided to the specific robot that would be drawing their line sketch. Most guests like to film the drawing process and post it to social media where all the branding we created is organically shown in the video background.
Portrait Studio
For the second half of event, everyone headed over to Grouse Mountain for the After Party Social. We setup our Portrait Studio where a professional photographer guided the guests in specific Football themed poses which was then edited on the spot by our speed editor.
After each session, guests headed over to the kiosk to choose the photos they wanted and received their prints right away! No waiting, no needing to come back. We delivered over 600 photos in 3 hours!
